Use via wall outlet or power bank

The HeatPerformance® COMFYseat can be used in 2 ways:

• With power bank: use the seat cushion wirelessly with the included 9V / 10,000 mAh power bank.
• Via wall outlet: connect the chair cushion directly with the included USB-C cable and adapter for unlimited indoor warmth.

Heat modes

The HeatPerformance® COMFYseat has one on/off button with which you turn on the seat cushion as well as select the heat setting.

• Press and hold the button for about 3 seconds to turn on the seat cushion.
• When turned on, the system starts at the highest heat setting.
• Then briefly press the button once each time to switch between the 3 heat settings.
• Lowest setting: 40 – 45°C
• Middle setting: 50 – 55°C
• Highest setting: 60 – 65°C

The operating time depends on the heat setting selected and the ambient temperature. On average, the operating time is about 3.5 hours on the lowest setting, 2 to 2.5 hours on the medium setting and 1.5 hours on the highest setting.

Heating area

The HeatPerformance® COMFYseat has 3 separate heating zones: one in the seat, one in the lower back and one in the middle back.

• Rapid heating: perceptible heat within about 30 seconds.

Charging

• Remove the power bank from the seat cushion before charging.
• Charge the power bank with the included USB-C cable.
• The charging time of the power bank is about 4 hours.
• Charge only at room temperature and on a dry, stable surface.
• Do not charge the power bank unattended and never while sleeping.
• Disconnect the charger once the power bank is fully charged.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Always remove the power bank before cleaning or storing.
• Clean the seat cushion only with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• Use a mild detergent.
• Do not immerse the chair cushion in water.
• Do not wash in the washing machine.
• Do not bleach, do not spin and do not tumble dry.
• Let the chair cushion dry lying down, away from direct heat sources.

Safety instructions

For your safety, it is important to follow the instructions below carefully.

General

• Do not use the product if it is damaged, wet or not functioning properly.
• Do not use the product if cable, plug, power bank, connector or heating part is damaged.
• Check the seat cushion and power bank for damage, distortion or other abnormalities before each use.
• Do not use the product if the power bank shows signs of swelling, leakage or overheating.
• Keep the product away from fire, heat sources and direct sunlight.
• Do not fold, bend or press the seat cushion hard on the heating zones.

Use and charging

• Use only the power bank, cables and adapter provided or recommended by HeatPerformance®.
• Charge only at room temperature and always under supervision.
• Do not charge near flammable materials, such as textiles, paper or bedding.
• Never open, puncture, crush or burn the power bank.
• Do not use or recharge a damaged power bank.
• Do not expose the power bank to rain, moisture, fire or extreme heat.

During use

• Do not use the chair cushion while sleeping.
• Turn the product off immediately or choose a lower setting if it feels uncomfortably hot.
• Use with extra caution in cases of reduced sensitivity to heat or circulatory problems.
• When in doubt before use, consult a physician, for example in pregnancy, diabetes, circulatory problems or reduced heat sensitivity.
• Not suitable for use by children.

Save

• Remove the power bank after each use and before cleaning or storage.
• Store the product in a cool, dry place.
• Do not store a power bank fully discharged for long periods of time.
• For long-term storage, charge the power bank at least once every 6 months to help reduce capacity loss.

In emergencies

• Stop using the product immediately if there is a burning smell, smoke, excessive heat or unusual noises.
• Do not touch an overheated power bank.
• Dispose of damaged powerbanks according to applicable local regulations.
• Contact the supplier if you have any doubts about the safety of the product or power bank.

Warranty

• 12-month warranty on the seat cushion when used correctly.
• 6-month warranty on power bank, cables and adapter.
• Damage resulting from misuse, improper charging, improper cleaning, normal wear and tear, modifications to the product or use contrary to this manual is not covered by the warranty.

Environment and recycling

• Never throw used powerbanks in the garbage.
• Return used or defective powerbanks to an official battery or small chemical waste collection point.
• Packaging material and manual can be recycled according to local waste segregation.
