We do not charge shipping costs for our heated products.
If you want to order a separate accessory and you have less than £50 in your shopping cart, you pay £2.95 in the contribution of the shipping costs.
Delivery times, addresses in the UK
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 3:00 pm will be shipped the same day. Delivery to your address takes 3-5 business days. If you are not at home, the package will be delivered to your neighbour.
Delivery times, addresses outside the UK
If you order from us before 3:00 pm Monday to Friday, your order will be processed and shipped the same day. If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday. Delivery to an address in Europe takes 2-4 working days.
We also ship outside the UK, within the EU. There are no shipping costs for orders over £50,-. Delivery time within the EU is 2-4 business days.
You can pay securely with the following methods. Whichever method you choose, we won’t charge extra.
We accept Maestro, MasterCard and Visa. There are no additional costs
for paying by credit card, other than the fees charged by your credit card provider.
You can pay securely online with a PayPal account.
Transfer your payment to our bank account yourself. You can transfer the total amount to GB83 HBUK 4004 1291 4787 88 (SWIFT/BIC Code: HBUKGB4110F) in the name of LMM Buijs/ HeatPerformance BV in Noordwijk aan Zee, stating your order number.
If you make a bank transfer, it may take a few days for us to receive your payment.
As your order will only be processed once your payment has been received, you should expect a longer delivery time.

If you are not completely satisfied, you have 30 days to return your order.
To do this, complete the returns form and take the package to the post office. You must pay the return shipping costs yourself. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within seven days at the latest.
You can take your time trying out your items. Have you worn your products? An item with traces of use cannot, unfortunately, be returned.
Is your ordered item too big or too small? Please send us an e-mailand we will make sure that you receive the item in the right size immediately. Return shipping is at your own expense, the shipping costs to you are at our expense.
We offer a 12-month warranty on our products, with the exception of batteries. Batteries have a warranty of 6 months. It is important that you have handled the items with care. You will receive a user manual with each product, which you can find in the box. You can also find the user manuals in our user guide.

We will make every effort to amend your order if you wish. You can do this up until the point at which your order is shipped. Orders placed on weekdays before 4 pm will be shipped on the same day.

It’s great that you want to surprise someone with our products. We would be happy to wrap the order for you and send the package directly to the lucky recipient! We charge £1,65 for this.
