HeatPerformance® PRO heated insoles are thin heated insoles with a built-in battery. The PRO is approximately 0.5 cm thick at the toes, 1.2 cm at the instep and 0.7 cm at the heel.

In very tight shoes, narrow shoes or shoes where your foot already feels tight, heated socks may be more comfortable than heated insoles.
How long do heated insoles stay warm?
The battery life of HeatPerformance® heated insoles is usually around 3 to 8 hours. On the highest setting this is approximately 3 to 4 hours, on the medium setting around 5 to 6 hours and on the lowest setting around 7 to 8 hours. The PRO insoles have a 3.7V / 2000 mAh battery. The CLASSIC insoles have a 3.7V / 2200 mAh battery. The actual battery life depends on the model, heat setting, outside temperature, shoe insulation and the age of the battery. That is why we prefer to communicate a realistic average usage time rather than only a maximum value under ideal conditions.

Are heated insoles safe?
