Step-by-step instructions for use
- Step 1. Fully charge the batteries before first use (about 3 hours).
- Step 2. Connect the battery to the connector in the sock and place the battery in the compartment.
- Step 3. Press and hold the button on the sock for about 3 seconds to turn the system on.
- Step 4. Press the button briefly to toggle between the 3 heat settings.
- Step 5. Press and hold the button again for about 3 seconds to turn off the sock.
- Step 6. Disconnect the battery after use.
General information
Battery capacity
The HeatPerformance® heated socks come with a 7.4V 2600 mAh battery. On average, the operating time is between 3 and 9 hours, depending on the model and the heat setting selected.
Heating modes
- High setting: 55 – 60°C
- Middle setting: 50 – 55°C
- Low setting: 40 – 45°C
The temperature depends on the ambient temperature.
Heating area
The heating elements are incorporated into the forefoot, including the toes.
Washing instructions
- Always remove batteries before washing.
- Hand washing is strongly recommended.
- Do you still want to wash the socks in the washing machine? Then use a laundry bag and choose a fine wash cycle on low temperature.
- Before washing, always place the cap on the plug/cable to prevent water from entering the socket.
- Use a mild detergent.
- Do not bleach, do not spin and do not tumble dry.
- Let the socks dry flat.

Remote control (PRO model only)
Only the PRO model of our heated socks is equipped with a remote control.
- The remote control is pre-paired.
- You can use it to adjust the heat setting or turn off the system.
- The socks must always be turned on manually via the button on the sock.

Safety instructions
For your safety, it is important to follow the instructions below carefully.
General
- Do not use the product if it is damaged, wet or not functioning properly.
- Do not use the product if cable, plug, battery, connector or heating zone is damaged.
- Check the socks and batteries for damage, distortion or other abnormalities before each use.
- Do not use the product if the battery shows signs of swelling, leakage or overheating.
- Keep the product away from fire, heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Put on the socks carefully and avoid pulling hard to protect the internal wiring.
- Avoid hitting, bumping, buckling or pressing hard on the socks as this may damage the heating zones.
- Use the socks only with dry feet and in well-fitting shoes.
- Do not use socks if they are too tight or cut off circulation.
Use and charging
- Use only the charger and batteries provided or recommended by HeatPerformance®.
- Always remove the battery from the socks before charging.
- Charge only at room temperature and always under supervision.
- Disconnect the charger as soon as charging is complete.
- Do not charge near flammable materials such as bedding, paper or textiles.
- Never open, puncture, crush or burn the battery.
- Do not use or charge a damaged battery.
- Do not expose the battery to rain, moisture, fire or extreme heat.
During use
- Do not use the socks while sleeping.
- Use with extra caution in cases of reduced sensitivity to heat or circulatory problems.
- Extra caution is required in the elderly and in persons with reduced sensitivity of skin or nerves.
- When in doubt before use, consult a physician, for example in pregnancy, diabetes, circulatory problems or reduced heat sensitivity.
- Turn off the product immediately if it feels uncomfortably hot.
- Not suitable for use by children.
Save
- Remove the batteries after each use and before cleaning or storing the product.
- Store in a cool, dry place and out of reach of children.
- Do not store batteries fully discharged for long periods of time.
- For long-term storage, charge batteries at least once every 6 months to help prevent capacity loss.
In emergencies
- Stop using the product immediately if there is a burning smell, smoke, excessive heat or unusual noises.
- Do not touch an overheated battery.
- Do not reuse damaged batteries and dispose of them safely according to applicable local regulations.
- Contact the supplier if you have any doubts about the safety of the product or battery.
Warranty
- 12-month warranty on the socks when used correctly.
- 6-month warranty on batteries and charger.
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper charging, improper cleaning, normal wear and tear, modifications to the product or use contrary to this manual is not covered by the warranty.
Environment and recycling
- Never throw used batteries in the garbage.
- Return batteries to an official battery or small chemical waste collection point.
- Packaging material and manual can be recycled according to local waste segregation.
- Contribute to a better environment by disposing of products and packaging responsibly.
